Dummy App and Driver

Hey,
I found something strange in DriverDummy which I am unable to understand at this point. In applications we provide UI using HTML5 and to host these UI files we use WebFileServer as
appServer = new WebFileServer(moduleInfo.BinaryDir(), moduleInfo.BaseURL(), logger);
in Start method of Apps but in DriverDummy file I found a line
imageServer = new WebFileServer(moduleInfo.BinaryDir(), moduleInfo.BaseURL(), logger);
same is the case with DriverWebCam, why are we doing this in driver ? What is point to do so ? When I looked in DriverDoorjamb file there is no such thing. Is there some logical reasoning behind this or is this due to a mistake ?

The image server bit in drivers is optional. The intent was to have the drivers serve an icon for their devices, which can then be displayed in the UI. We were using this in the final device setup page (where you specify location), but that may be commented out for now.

Cheers.
