Where can I find the storage data on Azure Storage

Jan 2, 2015 at 7:38 AM

In the Dummy Apps, data are sent periodically to a Azure storage account but where can I see the uploaded data in the Azure Management Portal ?

I have modified DataStoreAccountName and DataStoreAccountKey to link to my Azure storage account and run the Dummy Apps but I cannot find the sent data in Containers section of Azure Storage.

In my Azure Storage account, I just can see a zip file named "configs" including xml files of DummyConfig folder.

In dummy.cs, the remote sync flag is set to false by default. Try setting it to true and see if you see the data showing up in your blob storage account.
// remoteSync flag can be set to true, if the Platform Settings has the Cloud storage
// information i.e., DataStoreAccountName, DataStoreAccountKey values
   datastream = base.CreateValueDataStream<StrKey, StrValue>("test", true /* remoteSync */);

I have already set the remote sync flag to TRUE but I still cannot see the data in my Azure storage account.
This is the image of my Azure Storage account container after running Dummy Apps.

It seems that just only config files in DummyConfig folder is uploaded to Azure Blob Storage

Thank you so much.

I have already solved my problem.

I delete my current Azure Storage Account and make a new one.

Now I can see the stream data sent from Dummy App to Azure

Thank you for your support.
